We’re updating our Advanced Reports interface in your FareHarbor Dashboard to deliver clearer, faster, and more actionable insights. With a refined layout and visual updates, you can move from raw numbers to real decisions with fewer clicks and more confidence.

Whether you’re tracking performance over time or answering day-to-day questions, this new reporting setup surfaces what’s important — so you can keep your business moving forward.

Why we made these enhancements

FareHarbor reporting is one of the most powerful tools at your fingertips. And as your business grows, your tools should grow with you. That’s why we set out to streamline the reporting experience. 

These updates are designed to improve readability, reduce friction, and put more relevant data front and center — all while keeping the experience familiar for current users.

What’s new in Advanced Reports

Here’s a quick look at what’s changing — and why it’s better:

  • Refined layout: A cleaner workspace is coming soon with easier access to filters as well as a dedicated section for managing your filter and grouping options.
  • Streamlined date selection: Adjust date ranges effortlessly, with new, clearer controls.
  • High-level metrics surfaced upfront: For select reports, you’ll see a highlight summary of key performance data — for example, total bookings or top-booked items — right at the top, helping you spot trends without digging.
  • Improved report actions: Easily download, print, and share reports using more visible action buttons.

What to expect

This update, along with additional reporting enhancements, will roll out gradually to FareHarbor Dashboards. You can expect new reports, like an Occupancy Report to measure the capacity usage of your items, as well as enhancements to existing reports that improve visibility and insights into your business performance. 

Once the new Advanced Report is live in your account, your existing reports will remain intact, and all the tools you know and rely on will still be available. We understand that adapting to change takes time, but we’re confident that this more efficient and visually organized design will help you get even more value from your data.
